The environmental hiking guide Candida Esposito will lead the participants along the Sentiero dei Limoni walk, one of the few paths to have been preserved intact over time and which crosses one of the most important areas of cultivation of the Sfusato Amalfitano, the lemon famous throughout the world for its size, aroma, flavor and high vitamin C content.
During the journey, guests will be welcomed by Viviana and Vincenzo in their âCuonc Cuoncâ farm. After visiting their terraces it will be possible to taste the pickles, jams and chutneys made from the current season's products.
The walk will end in the historic center of Minori, with Maria Lucia Mansi, chef and owner of the A' Ricetta restaurant. Here you can taste Minori N'Dunderi with Neapolitan ragĂš, the handmade pasta that has made Minori famous throughout the world.
For travel we recommend sea transport. The Tra.Vel.Mar. lines, partners of the initiative, depart frequently from the port of Salerno and from the entire Amalfi Coast.

Discover the Valley of the Mills and its history. With the background of the river "Rio Canneto" that runs through the city of Amalfi, we will discover this valley remained intact over time.
