Immersed in nature, overlooking the stunning panorama of the Amalfi Coast and Capri, and surrounded by the majestic Lattari Mountains, we will experience an authentic journey for both body and mind.
With Naturalmente Yoga, Rosaria di Maria will welcome us to Parco Colonia Montana with a traditional yoga class. Meeting point: Piazza Generale Avitabile, San Lazzaro (a hamlet of Agerola) at 10:00 AM. From there, we will walk together to reach Parco Colonia Montana. After the yoga session and a short lunch break, we will begin our hike leading us to the Belvedere of Castello Lauritano and Monte Murillo.
YogaTrek cost: âŹ25 per person â includes yoga class, insurance, guided hike, and parking in San Lazzaro, Agerola (NA).

The yoga class and hike will take place with a minimum of 6 participants.
Participants should wear comfortable shoes and bring everything needed for the yoga class (mat, water, and any personal essentials).
The route to the Belvedere of Castello Lauritano and Monte Murillo consists of paved road, trail, and stairs. Packed lunch recommended. In case of rain, the event will be postponed to a later date.
